Anna Maria Beach Place is a charming beachside complex featuring six units surrounding a heated pool and tropical gardens. Immediately across a rarely traveled, dead end road are the white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. It doesn’t get much better than this! Anna Maria Beach place provides two gas grills, an onsite laundry room with two coin operated washers and dryers as well as a supply of beach chairs and toys.

Nothing was overlooked during its recent remodel. This hidden treasure is a perfect spot for family reunions and get-togethers. This beach level gem features one bedroom and one bath that will sleep four with a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed. Each bed features quality high-end all cotton linens. In the bathroom you will find a brand-new custom walk-in shower featuring a luxurious rainfall shower system with 6 body jets, overhead rain head and a unique foot wash.

Other features include wireless high speed internet, free domestic long distance calling, and an expanded cable TV package. There is a large flat screen television with Roku as well as a DVD player in the living room as well as a large flat screen television in the bedroom. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need so you can relax and enjoy your wonderful Anna Maria Island getaway.

Anna Maria Beach Place has a one week minimum during the winter season (Jan-Mar). Parking is limited to one assigned parking space right next to the unit. Remember – a rental is never considered booked nor are any dates reserved until payment has been made and accepted.

About the Area

Anna Maria Island is a quaint Barrier Island nestled in the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful turquoise waters and white sandy beaches are the main attraction here. It is a place where “old” Florida charm can still be found, flip flops are a way of life and the speed limit never exceeds 35 mph. High rise condos and fast food restaurants are pleasantly absent from our pristine “get away from it all” island. Our accommodations and restaurants offer something for everyone. From quaint cottages by the sea to deluxe suites, from million-dollar villas to rustic cottages, one visit to Anna Maria Island and you will be calling it, “My island in the sun”.

WOW. This little gem was a perfect stay. Literally steps from the beach, ground floor and right next to your parking. The unit is super clean and modern with not a stone unturned. Everything you need is provided for and quality. The beach is quiet and within a short walk to a great little breakfast and lunch beach shack right on the beach. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a place I'd rather keep secret!

What a delightful week we spent in Michael's beautiful condo. The location was perfect on a very quiet side street. The condo is as close to the beach as it could possibly be without being right on it. You can see from the picture that you can actually see the water the entire time you are taking your 48 steps to get to it. Michael provided 4 beautiful beach chairs and a beach umbrella cabana, beach towels, and a cart to pull it all on to the beach. He was immediately available to answer questions! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean, clean, clean. This is a very small condo complex with 6 condos sharing a very nice pool. This is a place I'd rather keep secret!

We have enjoyed our stay at Beach Place celebrating our 24th anniversary and a 54th birthday. We have been staying at Beach Place for the last 10 years, have met many nice people and have made good friends who continue to meet us here. We always enjoy our visits and the rest and relaxation. We found a new restaurant, The French Table, and recommend it. We look forward to many more times here at the beach.

Thanks for hosting us at AMBP #3. What an amazing place – such a great location – beautifully appointed place – all just steps (yes, 44) away from the beach. We loved Mr. Bones – great dinner recommendation! The ice cream shop by Walgreens is great too. And of course, ya can’t beat the fresh donuts at Anna Maria’s Donut Experiment. Check it out. We’ll be back for sure!

The villa was superbly equipped with the beach chairs, beach towels a terrific plus. The kitchen was beautifully equipped, creating a large open feel that we enjoyed very much. It was 29 degrees at home while warm here, it actually got to 80…and as we say in the south “everyone back home was pea-green with envy!” Thank you for providing such a well-appointed place. It had every convenience we needed and more. Had fun – wish we could stay longer – wish we never had to leave.

Important Information

RENTAL PAYMENTS

Final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy by personal check. If you choose to put your final balance on your credit card, there is a 3% fee. We can also accept wire transfers. Any bank fees deducted from a payment for a wire transfer are the responsibility of the guest. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $40.00 non-refundable reservation fee.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

This property requires a security deposit of $500.00 on reservations of less than 30 days; $1,000 on reservations of 30+ days. The security deposit is refunded within two (2) weeks after check-out assuming that no damage to the property has occurred.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

NOISE ORDINANCE

Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains, the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the Police Department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest(s) and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
